Refund Policy

At GHANET RESEARCH CONSULT, we are committed to delivering high-quality research services and ensuring client satisfaction.

Refunds

1. Refunds are processed only after successful verification of the service or product in question.
2. Clients may request a refund at any time. However, the following conditions apply:
   • If the service is cancelled within 24 hours of payment, a full refund may be issued.
   • If the service is cancelled after 24 hours but within 3 days, a 20% service fee will be deducted from the refund.
   • If the service is cancelled after 3 days, a 20% non-refundable fee applies, and any work already completed will be calculated and deducted from the refund.
   • If the work has been fully completed, no refund will be issued.
3. Once verification and calculations are complete, approved refunds will be made available within 15 working days.
4. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
5. All refund requests must be submitted in writing through our official contact channels.
